  • Submitting an application does not confirm attendance. Admission requires completed registration and a separate attendance confirmation notice.
  • Daily participation limits may be adjusted for operational reasons.
  • Attendance confirmation and event information will be sent to the mobile number or email address you provide. Please check your contact details carefully.
  • To change or cancel your application, email us with your reference number.
Personal information collection and use
Purpose
Process WEFJ 2026 applications, send attendance confirmation and event information, manage daily attendance, prepare meals and organize the ecological tour.
Information collected
Required: name, affiliation, job title, mobile phone, email, attendance dates, and ecological tour choice for Day 3. Optional: vegan meal request by date. The submission time and consent record are also stored.
Retention
Retained until registration and event operations are completed, then deleted.
