SESSION
Land Above the Sea
Drawing on the story of Seolmundaehalmang, Jeju’s iconic creation myth, this lecture performance sings of memories embedded in the sea, stones and wind of Jeju. It explores the wisdom of humans and nature living as one community of life and its connection to Jeju’s ecological sensibility. The chorus of children from Dream Theater “Jeju” brings the island’s old memories, its present and its future together in one voice.
